🏗️ Industry: Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Solar | Development & Construction

We’re hiring a Project & Pre-Construction Manager to take full ownership of commercial and industrial solar projects from pre-construction through commissioning and closeout.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved throughout the entire project lifecycle — no hand-off between pre-construction and field teams.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Lead pre-construction activities including constructability reviews, permitting, AHJ coordination, and utility coordination

• Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules

• Review and interpret single-line diagrams (SLDs) and electrical drawings/documentation

• Manage subcontractors, procurement, and site execution

• Oversee construction activities and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget

• Lead commissioning activities and project closeout

• Coordinate with internal teams, utilities, AHJs, subcontractors, and project stakeholders

• Take ownership of projects from initial planning through successful completion

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Project management experience within C&I solar — development, EPC, or construction

• Strong working knowledge of single-line diagrams and electrical documentation

• Proven experience managing projects from pre-construction through commissioning

• Strong understanding of construction schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractor management, and project execution

• Comfortable working in a small, hands-on organization where you’ll have direct ownership and accountability

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

⭐ Preferred

• Experience with BESS / Battery Energy Storage Systems

• Experience with utility-scale or commercial solar projects

• Electrical construction or renewable energy project experience
