Electrician

Knox Electrical Services is looking for an experienced Electrician to join our growing team. We specialize in residential and commercial electrical work, including service, repairs, remodels, and new construction.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can troubleshoot electrical issues independently, and is committed to providing quality workmanship and excellent customer service. KES also has experience in renewable energy, including solar, battery backup systems, and EV chargers, providing opportunities to work in these areas as well.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and service work.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and identify necessary repairs.
• Install and service electrical panels, branch circuits, receptacles, lighting, and other electrical equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical plans and wiring diagrams.
• Follow NEC requirements and applicable electrical codes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical experience preferred.
• Journeyman license preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and NEC requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete electrical work with minimal supervision.
• Experience with service work, remodels, and new construction.
• Solar, battery, or EV charger experience is a plus, but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work safely, professionally, and as part of a team.
