What We’re Looking For:

We seek a PTA who nurtures growth, has a vibrant personality, is compassionate towards patients, and is passionate about helping individuals return to their optimal functions and life goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement Individualized Treatment Plans: Collaborate closely with the supervising Physical Therapist to administer tailored treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, balance therapy, and modalities like heat, cold, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation.

Monitor and Document Patient Progress: Accurately observe, record, and communicate patient responses to treatments, tracking improvements and identifying areas needing adjustment.

Educate and Support Patients and Families: Motivate patients in performing exercises and functional activities while educating them and their families on the rehabilitation process.

Assist with Assistive Devices: Fit and train patients in using assistive devices (walkers, canes, braces), ensuring confidence and competence in their use.

Foster a Collaborative Atmosphere: Contribute actively to a positive, team-oriented environment through collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and participation in team meetings and community-building activities.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Licensure: Active state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, attention to detail, organizational skills, manual dexterity, and physical stamina.

Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
