What You'll Do

• Connect directly with homeowners and build relationships
• Generate business through neighborhood canvassing and direct outreach
• Identify potential exterior home restoration needs
• Safely climb ladders and access roofs to conduct roof inspections
• Conduct property and roof inspections after completing training
• Educate homeowners on our services and restoration process
• Present solutions and confidently ask for the business
• Follow up with customers and manage your pipeline
• Track activity through our CRM
• Participate in ongoing sales and industry training

The Earning Opportunity

$117,000+ annual earning potential with uncapped commission.

Our compensation structure is built to reward performance. The more you produce, the greater your opportunity to earn.

Representatives begin by generating and building their own pipeline. As you demonstrate consistency and performance, there may also be opportunities to receive company-generated leads.

This is an independent contractor position. Compensation is commission-based, and earnings are not guaranteed.
