Sunward Energy Co. is hiring Retail Sales Representatives for high-traffic retail locations in the Orlando area.

This role is ideal for outgoing individuals who enjoy speaking with people and want uncapped earning potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve customers at retail locations
• Engage homeowners about solar energy
• Track leads in CRM
• Book appointments

REQUIREMENTS

• Willingness to learn
• Customer service, retail, or sales experience (2 years)
• Strong communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Bilingual is a plus
• knowledge of CRM management is plus
