Production Operator – Solar Cell Manufacturing

Job Summary:

Abner Solar Inc. is looking for motivated and reliable Production Operators to join our solar cell manufacturing team. This position supports daily production activities, follows standard operating procedures, and helps maintain product quality and a safe working environment.

No previous solar manufacturing experience is required. On-the-job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform daily production tasks following company procedures and safety guidelines.

2. Operate production equipment and handle materials according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

3. Check product quality and report any equipment or production issues to supervisors.

4. Complete basic production records accurately and on time.

5. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following 6S standards.

6. Work with team members to meet daily production goals.

7. Follow company quality, safety, and environmental (EHS) requirements.

8. Perform other production-related duties as assigned by supervisors or team leaders.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.

2. Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required.

3. Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.

4. Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Work Environment:

- Manufacturing and production environment.

- Requires standing, walking, and handling materials during shifts.

- Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.

- Training will be provided for equipment operation and safety requirements.
