Who We Are
ROHL Global Networks USA is a diversified infrastructure company headquartered in Jupiter, Florida, with operations growing across the continental U.S. We started in Western Canada building telecommunications and utility infrastructure. Today we also deliver solar energy systems, power infrastructure, and real estate development for enterprise, government, and wholesale clients.
Our Renewable Energy Division is expanding fast, and we're building crews that take safety and craftsmanship seriously.
The Role
You'll operate a John Deere 650 to pull the lead reel trailer carrying our Medium Voltage (MV) cable. Your crew plows in MV and fiber optic cabling for utility-scale renewable energy projects.
It's fast-paced fieldwork where precision matters. A steady hand on the dozer keeps the cable, the crew, and the schedule on track.
What You’ll Do
-
Run the John Deere 650 on the lead reel trailer, safely and to site requirements
-
Maneuver around the job site while tracking crew members, utilities, and hazards
-
Operate excavators, backhoes, loaders, and other support equipment as needed
-
Do pre-use inspections so every mechanical, safety, and emergency system is ready
-
Follow safe work procedures near energized utilities, traffic, and confined spaces
-
Help handle and place fiber, conduit, and related materials
-
Handle final grading and site restoration, leaving every site clean
-
Keep daily logs, inspection reports, hours of service, and work orders current
-
Keep your Crew Supervisor informed on site conditions, equipment, and safety
-
Pitch in wherever the crew needs you to keep the project moving
