Are you a Project Manager from a solar, renewable energy, or construction background looking to take full ownership of complex commercial projects from start to finish?

On offer is a senior-level position where you will lead projects end to end, with a clear path to manage the project managers. You will be the go to person for the projects you manage.

This is not a role for someone who wants to be handed a process. This is for a technically strong PM who wants to own their projects, shape how delivery is done, and be recognised as the expert in the room.

This role would suit a solar, renewable energy, or construction project manager who is ready to step into a senior, autonomous position and grow with a business that is on a strong upward trajectory.

The Role:

• Full EPC project ownership from contract to commissioning across commercial solar installations

Client-facing lead throughout the project lifecycle — procurement, scheduling, site management, commissioning and handover

The Candidate:

• Background in solar project management, or a renewable energy / construction PM
• Confident managing procurement, on-site teams, and client relationships simultaneously
• Strong on delivery — getting projects built correctly and commission
