Role Description

We are seeking a Solar Technician for a full-time, on-site role based in Lost Hills, CA. The Solar Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing solar power systems. This role includes performing diagnostic tests, inspecting system components, ensuring optimal energy output, and adhering to safety protocols. The technician will collaborate with a dynamic team and document all maintenance and repairs to support the efficiency and reliability of renewable energy operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Solar Systems, Solar Power, and a strong understanding of the Solar Industry
  • Expertise in Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in power generation and solar components
  • Familiarity with renewable energy technologies and their maintenance practices
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to perform site-based tasks in outdoor conditions
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally as needed
  • Associate degree or certification in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Previous hands-on experience in solar or power generation systems is a plus
