Piper Maddox are retained by the nation’s leading commercial rooftop solar developer and one of the most dominant distributed generation (DG) developers in the U.S. They specialize in transforming underutilized rooftops across warehouses, apartment complexes, self-storage facilities, factories, schools, and other large commercial properties into revenue-generating solar assets at massive scale. They have deployed hundreds of megawatts of commercial solar nationwide and has become the trusted solar partner for some of the largest real estate owners in the world, including Prologis— the largest logistics real estate company globally, with roughly 1.3 billion square feet across major markets. Through partnerships like these, my client sits at the intersection of commercial real estate, infrastructure, and energy, helping power the growth of modern supply chains, e-commerce, and community solar across the country.

Right now, they are looking for project managers to continue their massive growth in Illinois. Project Managers in the commercial construction space have recently been transitioning into the renewable energy space as the massive boom of the necessity for sustainable energy has continue - with my client's access to the top real estate firms in the country, this is a chance for great exposure!

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of active projects
• Working directly with subcontractors, utilities, clients, and internal teams
• Handle projects from engineering through handoff to O&M
• Act as main point of contact to clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
