Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and motivated Lead & Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various electrical and construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical work, including both high voltage and low voltage systems, as well as experience in construction environments. Your leadership skills will help guide team members while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and/ or work with/ supervise a team of electricians and construction workers on-site.
  • Interpret and work from schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately.
  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including fixture installation and low/high voltage wiring.
  • Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant regulations.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and forklifts safely and effectively in various tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot electrical issues and implement solutions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Assist with roofing tasks as needed in conjunction with electrical installations.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a commercial electrician or in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, including high voltage, low voltage, and fixture installation.
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
  • Familiarity with NEC regulations is essential.
  • Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety practices.
  • Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and operating forklifts.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team effectively.

Pay: $24.49 - $50.00 per hour
