Looking for an Over the Road Driver with TWIC Card

Earn up to .65 Cents a mile (.50 for base pay + .10 Per diem pay + .05 for safety Pay) Paid on a W2

90 Day Probation period

After probation period you will receive

5 Day Sick Pay (Not Paid out after the year)

How to fill out a trip sheet that will capture miles, fuel and reimbursable expenses

Timecard – California companies must make sure drivers are paid for every hour worked. This is required

Understand Case count, Weights, and commodities on bills.

Training

New drivers will travel with a local driver for 3-5 days to understand what is needed to perform duties necessary to complete the job.

Extra Riders and Animals

No Extra Riders allowed in the equipment.

Equipment during resets

Equipment must be returned to our Fontana location during resets.

Routes

No Touch Freight Refrigerated cargo

95% of the time our routes typically do as

Fontana – San Diego – Salt Lake City, UT – Idaho (Mainly. Jerome, American Falls, Rigby) – Southern California (Sylmar, Los Angeles, Chino, San Diego).

Drivers do two trips a week to Utah/Idaho. Drivers who do the work properly will end the week around 3000 miles a week.

Perform a reset and then back out.

Drivers are expected to rarely go on out of route trips. (Washington, Oregon, New Mexico, Texas)

Time Off

We are very open to time off, but it must be communicated with dispatch at least a week prior.

At least 23 years old

At least 2 years of OTR experience.

No tickets or accidents in the last five years.

Must be willing to accept tracking on your phone on certain loads.
