Traveling Retail Fixture Installer

Job Overview

MNI is hiring Traveling Fixture Installers to support national retail remodels, fixture installation, and rollout projects across the country.

Great fit for someone with construction, carpentry, mechanical, warehouse, installation, or other hands-on work experience looking to build a long-term career through hands-on field experience and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Install, adjust, repair, and deconstruct retail fixtures and store displays
• Support fixture installation projects in active retail environments while stores remain open to customers
• Read and follow planograms (POGs), layouts, and installation instructions
• Install shelving systems, pallet racking, displays, casework, countertops, and related fixtures
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas throughout the shift
• Support crews in meeting project timelines and quality standards
• Communicate professionally with team members, store staff, and customers when needed
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, lifts, and project equipment
• Assist with material staging, inventory movement, and job site organization

Qualifications

• Ability to travel frequently for multi-state retail projects
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable working overnight shifts and extended project schedules as needed
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and perform physical labor throughout shifts
• Experience working with hand tools, power tools, or hands-on equipment preferred
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct while working in active retail environments
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and basic auto insurance
• Access to a personal smartphone for communication and scheduling

Preferred Experience

• Fixture installation, carpentry, graphics installation, or commercial construction experience
• Big-box retail remodel or store setup projects
• Experience working in active retail environments
• Forklift or reach truck experience
• Overnight travel project experience

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
