Compensation: $25.00 - $27.00 Hourly

Schedule: Shifts are 12 hours and rotating days with day rate differential.

A-Shift 6AM-6PM – Sunday-Wednesday

B-Shift 6PM-6AM – Sunday-Wednesday

C-Shift 6AM-6PM – Wednesday - Saturday

D-Shift 6PM-6AM – Wednesday - Saturday

Location: Wilmer, TX 75172

Position Summary:

The Process Technician is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing operations by monitoring equipment, maintaining processes, troubleshooting issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This role works closely with engineers and production teams to ensure high-quality output while adhering to environmental, health, and safety standards.

Process Technicians Job Description:

• Perform daily inspections of equipment and processes to ensure proper operation
• Maintain on-site manufacturing processes and develop work instructions
• Train others on processes and procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve process issues, proposing improvements as needed
• Maintain operation and maintenance records
• Provide on-site support for special operations alongside engineers
• Enter quality data into MES and other systems
• Follow all environmental, health, and safety policies
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Process Technicians Job Requirements:

• Technical diploma or higher (electrical or mechanical); experience in solar modules or semiconductors preferred
• 0-1 year of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment (photovoltaic industry preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical and mechanical components preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and data analysis tools like Excel
• Ability to use hand tools and measurement devices
• Dedicated, hardworking, and adaptable to shift work under pressure

Process Technicians Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to frequently stand, bend, stoop, and walk
• Occasionally lift objects up to 20 lbs. (team lift required)
• Ability to communicate effectively and use sight for detailed work
• Occasionally use stairways to access upper and lower floors
