Wind – Project Manager I / II
Utility-Scale Wind Construction Projects (Traveling)
Location: 100% Travel (Projects Across the U.S.)
Compensation: $110,000 – $190,000 Base Salary + Multiple Bonus Programs + Travel Package
Travel Rotation: Approximately 3 Weeks Onsite / 5 Days Off

Position Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall execution of large-scale construction projects, including financial performance, contract administration, procurement, scheduling, subcontractor management, client relationships, and project team leadership.
This individual will serve as the primary leader responsible for delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall project execution from notice-to-proceed through project completion
- Manage project financial performance, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
- Support contract negotiations and administration activities
- Lead procurement efforts and subcontractor selection processes
- Manage project schedules and critical milestones
- Review and approve invoices, change orders, and owner billings
- Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and field execution teams
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and development for Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers
- Drive project safety, quality, and operational excellence initiatives
Desired Background
- 5+ years of project management experience within construction, EPC, industrial, energy, manufacturing, or infrastructure environments
- Experience managing large-scale projects ($100M+ preferred)
- Background leading complex multidisciplinary projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience managing project financials, forecasting, schedules, contracts, and procurement
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
