Project Manager - Utility-Scale Solar Manufacturing - Phoenix, AZ

I'm looking for a skilled Project Manager with a background in industrial or manufacturing operations, particularly from a manufacturing space in the solar industry, to lead end-to-end project execution across engineering, production, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning and execution of projects from cradle to grave.
• Track timelines, tasks, and milestones to ensure delivery goals are met.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, and sourcing teams.
• Manage vendor relationships, assist in component development, and support new product introductions.
• Monitor project costs and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and provide updates to senior leadership.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• At least 3 years' experience as a Project Manager or relevant PM experience
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Project, or similar PM software
• Customer-facing experience - Ability to manage vendors/external suppliers
• Experience with cost analysis
• Experience in process improvement and inventory control.
• Familiarity with fabrication and manufacturing processes, particularly for different solar components.
