About this Role:
Job Title: VP, Front-End Delivery, Strategy & Market Expansion
At QISG, the Vice President – Front-End Delivery, Strategy & Market Expansion serves as a key leader responsible for driving the successful development, positioning, and execution readiness of complex energy infrastructure projects with a primary focus on engineering capability and capacity. This role bridges business development, strategic planning, technical execution, and operational delivery, ensuring projects advance efficiently from opportunity identification through engineering development, and transition into execution.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with corporate objectives and market opportunities.
- Lead front-end engineering, project planning and execution strategy development.
- Oversee multidisciplinary engineering, working across procurement, construction planning, and project controls activities during development phases.
- Ensure seamless transition from project development into execution.
- Other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in energy infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience with utility-scale solar, wind, energy storage, transmission, substations, and grid infrastructure projects.
- Strong business development, client management, and market expansion experience.
- Strong financial, commercial, and contractual acumen.
