PVHardware is a Manufacturing Process Engineer to be responsible for developing, implementing, supporting and optimizing production processes within our steel manufacturing facility. This will include improving product quality, reducing waste, increasing efficiency, and ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards.
PVH - PVHardware is a provider of innovative solar tracking solutions for the global utility-scale solar market, including trackers, fixed structures and SCADA system. Yet, we are the third largest solar tracker supplier in the world and aiming to be the leader in the industry!
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Production or Industrial Engineering. (Preferred)
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a strong understanding of production processes and equipment. (Preferred)
- Fluent in Spanish (desirable).
- Knowledge in SAP or other ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize existing steel production processes in the factory (e.g., assemblies, stamping, roll forming,etc).
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to meet output and quality targets.
- Monitor process parameters to ensure compliance with product specifications and safety standards.
- Support new product introductions and process changes.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Identify root causes of process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, quality, production) to resolve technical issues.
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, 5S, and Kaizen.
- Provide training and technical support to operations staff.

- Collaborate closely with the HSE, Quality, and Product Development team.
