Ready to build the future of clean energy? We’re looking for a highly organized and motivated Field Support Coordinator I (FSC Tier 1) to support the construction and commissioning of utility-scale wind farms across the country.

This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with experience in wind energy, construction support, logistics, inventory management, or SAP systems who enjoy working in fast-paced field environments and want to make an impact in the renewable energy industry. 🌱⚡

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Support wind farm construction activities from site setup through commissioning and close-out

✅ Maintain safety compliance and promote a clean, hazard-free work environment 🦺

✅ Manage construction inventory including receiving materials, cycle counts, shipping/receiving, and reconciliation 📦

✅ Process and organize QA/QC forms, commissioning reports, contractor timesheets, and turbine job books 📑

✅ Create and manage purchase orders, purchase requests, and NCRs within SAP 💻

✅ Collaborate with Construction Managers, Lead Technicians, and customer representatives 🤝

✅ Maintain accurate site progress logs, labor tracking, and As-Built documentation

✅ Support LEAN initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste 📈

✅ Assist with site office setup, vendor coordination, and field support operations

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✔️ High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)

✔️ 3+ years of experience supporting wind construction projects, logistics, inventory, or site coordination

✔️ Strong SAP ERP experience in inventory, planning, dispatching, or field support functions

✔️ Experience with inventory control, scheduling, logistics, and documentation management

✔️ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

✔️ Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

✔️ Ability to work independently in remote construction environments

✔️ LEAN/process improvement experience preferred

✔️ Valid driver’s license required 🚗

✔️ Passport preferred for potential international travel 🌍
