We are seeking experienced Construction Project Coordinators to support utility-scale infrastructure and renewable energy projects. This role will work closely with Project Managers and field teams to coordinate project activities from planning through execution, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within scope.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with construction, civil engineering, infrastructure, utility, renewable energy, or field operations experience who are looking to grow into project management roles.
Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers throughout the full project lifecycle, from planning and design review through construction and closeout.
- Coordinate field activities, contractors, materials, and project resources to support successful project execution.
- Participate in project meetings, planning sessions, and progress reviews.
- Monitor project schedules, track milestones, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to support field execution.
- Assist with construction planning, estimating, scheduling, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and field teams to maintain project progress.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.
- Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Construction Project Coordination, Project Engineering, Field Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related project support roles.
- Hands-on experience supporting construction, infrastructure, utility, energy, or industrial projects.
- Experience working in field or on-site environments.
- Knowledge of project scheduling, contractor coordination, and construction processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting utility, renewable energy, wind, solar, transmission, distribution, civil infrastructure, or industrial construction projects.
- Familiarity with construction drawings, estimating, scheduling, and project reporting.
- Engineering degree, Construction Management degree, or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience using project management, ERP, or scheduling tools.
