System Installation: Assemble racking systems (shingle, tile, metal, flat roof), secure PV modules, run conduit, perform clean wire management, and complete AC/DC tie-ins.
Quality & Code Compliance: Ensure all completed work strictly adheres to engineering plan specifications, manufacturer guidelines, and National Electrical Code (NEC) / Florida Building Code requirements.
Inspection Readiness: Perform quality control walk-throughs and complete site photo documentation to ensure the job site is 100% prepared to pass municipal building/electrical inspections.
Safety & Job Site Protocols: Enforce strict safety practices on-site, including fall protection, staging, and PPE usage per OSHA standards.

Deep technical familiarity with microinverters (e.g., Enphase), string inverters (e.g., SolarEdge, Tesla), and module-level power electronics (MLPE).
