Job Overview:

Job Summary**

The Electrical Laborer - Lucy will assist skilled electricians with various tasks on electrical construction projects, ensuring efficient and safe operations.

Job Responsibilities**

• Assist electricians with pulling wire, installing conduit, and connecting electrical components.
• Dig trenches and excavate for underground electrical installations.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the lead electrician or supervisor.

Job Qualifications**

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a construction or manual labor role is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic understanding of electrical safety practices is a benefit.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
