Job Overview

Job Summary**

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Laborer Renewables to perform essential manual tasks supporting the construction and maintenance of renewable energy projects. This role involves assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Job Responsibilities**

• Assist in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of solar panels, wind turbines, and other renewable energy components.
• Perform general site preparation tasks, including clearing, grading, and excavation.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from work areas.
• Dig trenches, lay conduit, and assist with cable pulling as directed.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized work site, including debris removal and waste disposal.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project completion.

Job Qualifications**

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in construction, labor, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), standing for extended periods, bending, stooping, and climbing.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of construction safety practices.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to travel to various project locations as required.
