Commissioning Engineering Analyst
Reports to: VP of Operations

SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS
Dimension Energy, a leading developer of community solar, is seeking a Commissioning and Controls Engineering Analyst who will monitor and manage a growing portfolio of community solar assets operating across the country. This position reports to the VP of Operations. This role is based at Dimension’s head office in Atlanta, GA.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Commissioning
- Dimension Asset Management representative for EPC site turnover through Final Completion.
- Remotely support testing, punch lists, and performance acceptance.
- Coordinate technical issues with EPCs and OEMs.
- Utilize and improve commissioning standards and checklists.
SCADA & Controls
- Audit contractor deployment of SCADA and DAS systems.
- Support PPC, inverter, and plant controls validation.
- Support fleet retrofit and controls improvement projects.
Operations Readiness
- Develop processes to improve utility witness test readiness (inverter and relay settings)
- Audit EPC technical documentation ahead of major milestones
- Manage equipment credentials and Remote Access
- Asset Onboarding to internal systems
- Prepare sites for O&M handoff.
QUALIFICATIONS:

This role requires focus, attention to detail, clear and concise communication, and appreciation for smooth and seamless processes. We are looking for individuals eager to move quickly with us.
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline required (engineering, computer science, physics, mathematics)
- Strong computational and analytical skills; high attention to detail
- Passion for renewable energy
- Excellent problem-solving skills to tackle a variety of challenges
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated to autonomously contribute to a collaborative team
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn a variety of software tools
- Basic understanding of electrical fundamentals and ability to understand engineering drawing sets and other technical documents.

Atlanta, GA, with a hybrid/flexible work schedule
