Requirements

• At least two years of solar installation lead experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to read blueprints accurately
• Ability to safely operate power tools and installation equipment
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working on roofs
• Fluent in English; bilingual candidates are preferred

Responsibilities

• Confirm that all materials needed for each project are loaded onto the truck
• Lead the roof team in installing solar panels according to blueprints and company standards
• Complete required paperwork and take project photos
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized truck and jobsite
• Help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and correctly
