Job Site Foreman — Commercial Solar

PV Guru is a commercial solar installation contractor looking for an experienced Job Site Foreman to take full ownership of our commercial PV job sites. This is a field leadership role with real authority: you direct the crew, control safety and quality, coordinate inspections, and serve as the voice of the field to company leadership.

What you'll own:

• Daily site operations for commercial solar installation crews (electricians, installers, laborers)

• Plan set review and wiring/equipment verification against current drawings

• Safety program on site: daily safety meetings, PPE enforcement, hazard walks

• Building inspections and coordination of required power shutdowns

• Schedule adherence, equipment rentals, weekly material lists, and RFIs

• Daily and weekly progress reporting to the Project Manager and CEO

What you bring:

• 5–7+ years as a Solar Installer or Electrician on commercial PV projects

• Crew lead or foreman experience — you've led people in the field, not just tasks

• Strong working knowledge of NEC and PV system requirements

• Ability to read construction documents and electrical schematics

• OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and Forklift/Telehandler certifications
